Rough Chop
Never precise, always an adventure.
If you’re looking for a food blog on how to perfectly chop an onion or make the fluffiest scrambled eggs, sorry hun, this ain’t it.
Rough Chop is a destination for gastronomical explorers. For those that live to eat, and will travel great lengths in search of their next unforgettable bite. This is for wanderers, uncertain of what they are searching for, but finding their way there one bite at a time.

Chomp or Chop: Vegan Chopped Cheese
The Chopped Cheese, for those not in the know, is a Harlem original sandwich WITH RULES. How To Best Drink Rosé Wine
Rosé is best served slightly chilled, preferably cooled by the blue Mediterranean waters off the Calanque de Port Pin. Simply wrap the wine bottle in a bag, or towel, or shirt if you can’t find anything else. You just need something to protect the glass bottle from the rocky shoreline. Submerge and secure your wine swaddle into the lapping water, and let it rest there while you take off all your clothes and float naked in the sea, feeling grateful to be alive and here at this moment.
